We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our coaching services and have designed fair and transparent policies to address cancellations and refund requests.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all coaching products offered by Detoxifyfrcartil, including the Starter Habit Session priced at £49, the Six Week Habit Blueprint priced at £189, and the Private Habit Coaching programme priced at £449. It covers purchases made directly through our website, by telephone, or via email correspondence with our team. Digital coaching materials, session recordings, and personalised habit blueprints delivered as part of these plans are also covered under this policy.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our mini habit coaching services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your first coaching session, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days of that session. This satisfaction policy applies to all three coaching plans and relates to service quality, not to specific habit outcomes. It allows you to experience our coaching approach with confidence before committing to the full programme duration.

To qualify for the satisfaction guarantee refund, you must have attended your first scheduled coaching session and submitted a written refund request to help@detoxifyfrcartil.world within seven days of that session date. Refund requests received after this period will be evaluated under the standard cancellation terms described below.

3. Starter Habit Session Refunds

The Starter Habit Session is a single sixty-minute coaching session priced at £49. If you cancel before your scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs, provided you give at least twenty-four hours notice. Cancellations with less than twenty-four hours notice may forfeit the session fee unless exceptional circumstances apply at our discretion.

If you attend the session and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund under our satisfaction guarantee within seven days of the session date. After seven days, no refunds are available for completed Starter Habit Sessions as the service has been fully delivered.

4. Six Week Habit Blueprint Refunds

The Six Week Habit Blueprint includes six weekly coaching sessions priced at £189. Refund terms for this plan are as follows:

Pro-rata refunds are calculated by dividing the total plan price by six and multiplying by the number of unused sessions. For example, if you complete two sessions and request a refund, you would receive a refund equivalent to four sessions, approximately £126.

5. Private Habit Coaching Refunds

The Private Habit Coaching programme includes twelve bi-weekly sessions over three months priced at £449. Refund terms for this plan are as follows:

Pro-rata refunds for Private Habit Coaching are calculated by dividing the total plan price by twelve and multiplying by the number of unused sessions. Messaging support and additional resources included in this plan are considered part of the overall service value and are not refunded separately.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact Detoxifyfrcartil using one of the following methods:

Your refund request should include your full name, the coaching plan purchased, the date of purchase, the number of sessions completed, and the reason for your refund request. We will acknowledge your request within two business days and process eligible refunds within fourteen business days of approval.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method such as bank transfer. Refund processing times vary by payment provider but typically take five to ten business days to appear in your account after we initiate the refund.

Please note that currency conversion fees or bank charges imposed by your financial institution during the original transaction or refund process are outside our control and cannot be reimbursed by Detoxifyfrcartil.

8. Session Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule any coaching session by providing at least twenty-four hours notice to your coach or our support team. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the timeframe of your coaching plan. Sessions missed without twenty-four hours notice may be forfeited without refund, though we will consider exceptions for genuine emergencies such as illness or family emergencies upon receipt of reasonable explanation.

If Detoxifyfrcartil needs to reschedule a session due to coach unavailability, we will offer alternative times at your convenience and extend your plan period if necessary to ensure you receive all purchased sessions.

9. Plan Upgrades

If you wish to upgrade from a Starter Habit Session to the Six Week Habit Blueprint or Private Habit Coaching, the full amount paid for your initial session will be credited toward the upgraded plan price. Upgrade requests must be made before completing all sessions in your current plan. Downgrades from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan are treated as partial cancellations and refunded according to the pro-rata terms of your current plan.

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If our coaching services are not performed with reasonable care and skill, you may have additional rights to a remedy including repeat performance or a price reduction. For services purchased at a distance, you generally have a fourteen-day cooling-off period, though this right may be limited once coaching sessions have begun with your prior express consent.
