2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of England and Wales. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Our coaching services are available to clients located in the United Kingdom and internationally, subject to applicable local regulations.
3. Account and Registration
When you purchase a coaching plan or book a session, you may be required to provide accurate and complete personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Coaching Plans and Pricing
All coaching plan prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current pricing for our products is as follows: Starter Habit Session at £49, Six Week Habit Blueprint at £189, and Private Habit Coaching at £449. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future purchases, but any plan you have already purchased will be honoured at the agreed price. Plan inclusions, session durations, and deliverables are as described on the coaching plans page at the time of purchase.
5. Booking and Scheduling
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and your assigned coach. You agree to attend scheduled sessions punctually and to provide at least twenty-four hours notice if you need to reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund, except in cases of genuine emergency at our discretion. Detoxifyfrcartil will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests within the timeframe of your coaching plan.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before coaching services commence unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge the applicable fees for your selected coaching plan. Failed payments may result in suspension of coaching services until payment is resolved.
7. Cancellation and Refunds

In summary, you may request a full refund within seven days of your first coaching session if you are not satisfied with the service. 8. Client Responsibilities
